I am so glad for the continued improvement. I know what it is like and i wouldnd//t wish it on anyone.

I was finally able to eat a good meal on Thursday. Thank goodness that this type of thing is forgotten. It's only when you have it that you know how much it hurts.

I feel sorry for the kids, and adults in Africa who get it, and don't have clean water to drink after it. It must be awful. BF:hug::hug::hug:

I don't know of many people who would consider the plight of others so far away after an episode of food poisoning... you are such a good person :hug::hug::hug:
