Hi MrsD. I ordered a jar of the Gundry MD Vital Reds to take around the afternoon of each day. The berries in the product sounds like a good idea. I listened to the whole recording. BF

mrsD I went back to find the post that I thought you put up, and couldn't find the Gundry MD Vital Reds berry supplements.

I thought that I got it from your post. Now I don't know where I got it. LOL Another mystery. I was almost positive that I got it from a link that you put up. Now I have no idea where it came from. BF

I went back to the post again. I see what I did. I responded to the advertisement on the link.

It was a good advertisement. I ordered a jar of Gundry MD Vital Reds. I listened to a long informational commercial on it.

No worries. This supplement looks safe. It got my attention, and I thought that it was a good idea. I'm going to try it for a month.

Isn't that funny. I thought that I was ordering from a post you put up, and it turned out to be a advertisement from the link that you put up. No worries. This berry supplement looks safe. BF

Yes, it seems safe mostly. Unless you are intolerant of that berry mix.

It is mucho expensive though. You can get good antioxidant results from grapeseed extract with or without resveratrol.

The effects of polyphenols are not quick... you have to use it every day for months really to see if any benefits result. It works at the cellular level, and we have LOTS of cells!

Bobby
I found in Womens World that eating eggs can dodge Diabetis.
I realize you already are diagnosed just like me. But I'm wondering
if maybe your eating so many that its helping you. Same article
talks about cheese being good.

ITs on page 15 at the bottom of page.
