Default another night of staying up all night

i forgot t tell the doctor that with the change in medication i am having trouble sleeping and am afraid i am going to be up all night again. I don't see him for another month. I bought another pair of rayon pants tonite.
I guess I might as well have a cup of coffee. sometimes it calms me down

I think it would be a good idea to contact your pdoc soon and tell him about all your symptoms, Bobby. It really sounds like you've been hypomanic for a while. This episode will eventually run it's course, but it's better to seek treatment so it doesn't get worse, you will be more comfortable, and stop buying so many pants (lol).

i talked to him yesterday and said i was winding down. I just saw my check balance and i freaked, Part of it was my rent check and part off it was the 700 dollars for the vet. I am doing better even though i told him I am depressed now. we decided to up the plan there is no magic pill. He is trying to get me down from being manic. He has really lessened the antidepressants and it shows. I probably going to spend 250 on taxes and 100 dollars for cell phone minutes. it is all so scarey when you don't have the same amount. at least i don;t have to worry about pudge now. that is a biggie besides future expense. I love that little girl so much. it is so rough when you live by yourself and you are bipolar and sh+t happens. My social security isn't much. I keep on wondering how long i wiil live.

really i called him yesterday and i don't think there is more than he can do. he is aware of the situation and how frustrating and a little dangerous with the spending it is. I have always had sleep problems. I am bipolar and currently manic. I have had a stroke which i am having a hard time dealing with but at least Pudgie seems to be fine now. what a relief. I just found out my broikerage account won't be ready til Maarch fourth- ugh

Also it could be the coffee if you drink caffeinated. If you don't already you might buy some decaffeinated and see if it helps.

You have a lot going on, Bobby

I hate the ups and downs in our checking account when money is withdrawn for bills, especially the ones that are for unexpected expenses. I took over paying the bills partly because my husband was not stretching bill payments out, but paying a bunch at the same time and our account would go up and down too much.

Coffee doesn't effect my sleep at all. I'm totally immune at this point.
