it went okay. her brother sold his apartment for 500 thousand after he bpught a condo in rye so his daughter could go to a better school and stella had lent him 330 thousand after she sold her coop to help pay for his condo. she is living in a coop left to her by her parents whom she took care of for seven years. she wants to buy another condo to rent out as she did with her last one until the rules ofthe coopr changed. I was starting because right now she is making 12 an hour working at lord and taylors with weird hours and her brother is holding most of the money. they really trust each other. it is so foreign to me.

That is an interesting family dynamic. It really nice (and rare) that they trust once another so much.
