Smile bone density test

Remember when I fell and broke my collar bone 4-5 years ago. They tested my bone density and it came back osteopenia, borderline osteoporosis.
My results this time were great.
The technician said people would die for these numbers!
yeah!
I have been only taking 500mg of calcium a day so I thought it wasn't enough so I doubled it to 1000mg plus I started taking magnesium citrate in the pill form.
I was certain I was supposed to take this with the calcium.
(I already take magnesium oxide to treat my chronic constipation.)
Well the extra magnesium caused diarrhea.
so I will not take that.
Wasted money.
oh well.
I will go back to taking just 500mg, I must be getting enough calcium in my diet even though I don't drink milk.
I am very glad that my bone density test came out so good!

Great to hear Bizi,
I am severe lactose intolerant and can't have milk products and some other things that it is in the fillers so it is good to hear the pills really do work. I haven't been retested in 10 years so I worry.

So glad to read the ol gang here. I am mostly on Face Book anymore. Working PT doing collections for paternity test for the county and jails in our area. Another grandson a year old, our Kt is now 21.
