Default i woke up so anxious

i showed no judgment at the party. the woman at the party told us at the coffee place how she smacked her sister in the head a couple of times and destroyed for a while her own hand and had to go through surgery and wear a cast but that it was worth it. she turned it into a joke. her sister and father were at the party. I MENTIONED IT AND WOULDNT SHUT UP. ROBIN HAD GONE ON AND ON ABOUT IT.
then i felt crazy for being so inappropriate. i also spilled food on my sweater and didn't drink because it was a cash bar. I have hardly slept and i feel very old. the father was 93 and looked very youthful I wish I weren't alone. I am so scared
