Default struggling

My new bed was delivered but I am too freaked out to sleep in it.

The cleaning lady was here and she and hubby moved most of the furniture in the living room to make things work. I made suggestions and had final decision.

But everything is different and not necessary better . . . . just different.

And the bed is beautiful but it has the smell from the showroom/factory/somewhere.

Maybe I will take some more Klonopin so that even if I do stay up all night
until morning, at least I won't be even more worked up than I am now.
Pdoc frowns on extra Klononpin.
She wants me to take Lunesta (more? Lunesta?) instead.

Would you prefer the scent of one types of Febreeze fabric sprays vs. the smell of the new bed?

Your pdoc may "frown" on you taking extra Klonopin, but I think you should do what feels right for you, provided you're not making a habit of it or changing your med plan. It sounds like you were dealing with heightened anxiety, which in my mind would make the extra Klonopin more appropriate. Maybe that's something that you should speak to her about.

I hope that you become more comfortable with the bed situation soon

I slept until just now -- 3:00.

'Weird that hubby woke me up to tell me he was going walking with his friend at a park. That information was not necessary to me WHILE I WAS SLEEPING.

Usually he leaves me a note or sends me a text that he has gone somewhere.

I did get right back to sleep after he told me that info but only because of the
"extra" meds.

I'm sorry he woke you up, since it seems he should know better.
But I'm glad you got back to sleep... whatever it takes, Mari

The bed is practically in the middle of the living room and when he walked
by he noticed that a light on the Cpap was off.
Apparently he leaned over to check that everything was ok.
And I opened my eyes.

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
I explained to him later more about how the mask works. -- The mask
is sealed pretty well on my face. If the machine had been "off" / not working,
I would have had no air and would have pulled the mask off my face in order to
breath. He did not know exactly about the mask itself because he has not tried it.

(He knows tons about how the machine works because we read through
the paper work a few times, watched the dvd, and lots more.)

It's great that he's willing to take the time to learn about things like the CPAP. I'm glad that you explained further about the mask. The more he knows the better…

I hope that you can adjust to the med soon so that you aren't experiencing that sedation the day after you take it Mari
