Do you feel like the Viibryd could be effective enough for you if you just remain at the lower dose so that you don't have to deal with the drowsiness?

I know that you are on a reversed sleep cycle right now, and that carries over to other areas of everyday life sometimes. You will function much better once you improve that
I know I may be missing something(s) too though, something that isn't obvious to me

I hope that your pdoc can offer you some help when you see her Wednesday

Default sleep schedule -- maybe starting to be back on track

I am awake and out of bed now at 10:51 a.m. although I do not know what time I went to bed.

The other day I completely stayed up and missed sleeping altogether.
I was goofing around with Twitter and phone with my sister maybe and during the day went out for two errands and
something else and just never got to bed. And I decided to skip a round of sleep (if that makes sense)

So I think I went to bed last night at a relatively early time for me last night.

Today I will bring the sample packs of the Viibryd I am using and print out the list I made here to show pdoc.

I will tell pdoc that I think I can manage on the half pill (half of the 10 mgs for 0.5 mgs.).

I can see the sense in skipping a night's sleep. I did it many times myself in my past life. I'm glad you got a good night's rest the following night tho

I'm glad you think you can manage on half a pill

Default pdoc

Hubby said Wednesday night he found me around 4:00 a.m. sleeping with my head on the keyboard and walked me to my bed.

I have no memory of that.
So I guess I slept a few hours in bed and went to see pdoc but it was
really hard because I was missing sleep. I forced myself to shower and get in the car.

Pdoc said is writing in the letter for TMS that I have DEPRESSION because
that DX is the insurance requirement for the treatment.

Transcranial magnetic stimulation Overview - Mayo Clinic

She gave me more samples of Viibryd and a discount card.
I drove straight home because of the sleep.

I did not pick up any scripts. I feel messed up.

I'm glad that you got to your appointment and got home safe. I'm sorry you are feeling so shitty and messed up. I hope there's a way you can sleep it off

How do you feel about the TMS?

The Viibryd is not working all that great although pdoc said she thinks it
still needs a couple of weeks to kick in.

I do not know if my insurance covers the Viibryd.

So I guess I will make the TMS decision when the time for that comes.

(It's not like she wrote the letter yet or the insurance company approved it.)
And I will likely not be able to do it at all unless this happens quickly
due to the time required for treatments running up against my
starting work fairly soon.

Unhappy

Hubby just left for the day.

He will likely be home around 10:00 p.m. It is mostly work stuff but not exactly. He has choices.
And I worry about him driving so far and back for
his plans today.

This is B.S.
I am so fffffing irritated at him.

I told him to text me a few times so I know what he is up to.

*#*#*#*#*#*#*#*#*#*#*#*#*#*#*#*#*#*#*#*#
I guess I will take the night pills I forgot to take last night (normally take them at 11:00 p.m.)
and plan on sleeping while he is gone.

Right,

A typical course can involve five times a week for four to six weeks,

depending on the individual and on the practitioner I suppose.
