Default mdoc -- stressing about seeing her on Monday at 2:00

I feel like I might have slept off and on for 20 hours -- not sure.

I have an appt with mdoc on Monday.
1 I need to type my short list of what is going on -- she
interrupts before I finish and gets me agitated.

2 I will bring a list of all the psych meds and side effects for the past 12 months.

3 I need a script for a mammo.
4 Also yearly blood work.

5 I gained a lot of weight in this last year. She will say something
and I will tell her something polite even though I will want to hit her.

(Sorry, in a grouchy mood)

Heart

I hope you slept well and feel rested. Since you run with so little mixed up sleep. Your body needs the extra sleep when you can get it.
Good luck with Mdoc tomorrow.
That is a lot of notes to try to put together about side effects of each med, that is unless you already have that written else where/here.
I hope you have a good day.

Yes. Basically an electromagnetic coil placed on the scalp to induce an electric field inside the brain.
Queens TMS Therapy | Queens Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation | Fresh Meadows

Pdoc had to change my diagnosis to "Depression" because that is
what the insurance will cover.

She is still waiting to hear back although it took her a good gd time
to write the letter and I do not know if she sent it yet.

I might have over -medicated with the buspar the other day.

I took more than one pill for the day and slept around the clock for a day or so.
It was a weird feeling to know that I was in another world.

I will try to stick to the one pill (5 mgs I think) and see how that goes.

Its half life is 6.1 hours.

I typed also a few things about the sleep neuro:

Saw new sleep neuro: Sleep study December 2016
Sleep Apnea
Settings were lowered.

I have dreamlets: hypnagogic or hypnopompic hallucinations.

Go into REM sleep early/quickly while still “awake”
Also likely narcolepsy

1 mg melatonin early in the evening
recommended no blue light in the evening (no tv or computer)
recommended sunshine in the mornings
wants me to go to a nearby medical school for CBT for help with getting to bed / sleep patterns / fear of sleep

Apparently, when they fall asleep, folks with narcolepsy go directly*
into REM (dream sleep).
This is perhaps why I have a hard time committing to going to bed ---basically I start dreaming (hallucinating) while I am still awake or right at the edge of sleep.

She needs to give me a script for a mammo gram
I stopped eating at 3:00 am. That should be long enough if she wants me to do a fasting test at 2:30. More likely I have to go to an outside lab.

ALSO NEED HER FOR FMLA paperwork but I might have to make a second appt for that because I do not have all the docs I need - maybe

I absolutely HATE it when doctors interrupt me when I have important things I need to convey to them. When my cognition was especially poor, I would write everything I needed to say down in advance, and wouldn't "start" the appointment until they read what I brought with me.

I'm glad that you've been keeping track of all the meds you've tried and all the side effects you've experienced. I's not just important info about the individual drug, but she needs to see the big picture as well.

Do you think the only problem with the Buspar was that you took too much? I could not tell from your post?

Do you have obstructive, central, or mixed sleep apnea?
My first study said I had central, but 2 follow-ups said mixed. I don't use a CPAP.
