She seems disappointed that I am not better.
Also that there does not seem to be anything I like. She pointed out perhaps I like "reading" . . . . maybe I have a book in my hand every time I see her. She has mentioned that she likes to take care of her plants. She doesn't seem to like to cook -- said something about making an elaborate dinner and it not being worth it. =-=-=-=- She mentioned that one of her patients is being helped with Tumeric. I bought some at Whole Foods on the way home. Also told me to 1) exercise, 2) sleep more, 3) see therapist But am so so so Tired -- not exactly sure what she said even though she said it a few times. I have been taking tumeric for a while now. 2capsules twice a day for its anti inflamatory purposes. I will take it for life. It is supposed to help with memory issues.

Tumeric is good with rice (and I know you like rice). I have made a variation of Spanish Rice with it. I couldn't find my recipe, but here is one from the net:

I don't want to sound like a know it all but the turmeric that we take has a much better absorption rate if it has black pepper in it. I get mine from amazon and it is called "doctor recommended" Turmeric curcumin. I will try to post the link for anyone interested.
