I have found that the phone call often lays the groundwork (or takes care of the whole thing) for when I get to the in-person visit. The in-person visit can reinforce what you said on the phone. I have a feeling i will do better without p.t. for my legs. I will see how this week goes. One of the women I worked with was just a student. I guess I am angry, when I am angry I sometimes show poor judgment.

I don't know. I just read this By not moving arthritic joints, however, the stiffness and pain only get worse. Therefore, people with arthritis often benefit from physical therapy. A physical therapist can teach you how to work out stiffness without further damaging your joint.Apr 21, 2
One knee bothers me from arthritis. the other leg bothers me from the stroke, I guess o have to search more on the net for exercises for arthritis on the knee. it is bothering right now. If joints are too inflamed, it is best to rest completely or decrease the exercises during the first two to three days; pushing through arthritic pain causes damaging effects. CONTINUE READING |
