I did have chinese food even though i wasn;t hongry. My sleep schedule has really been off. I am always tired. by five oclock I want to go to sleep and I wake up at two or three. today I fell back to sleep a little. I haven;t been taking doxepin. I have been slowing my cats even more if that is possible. today I just feel like staying in bed

My sleep schedule has really been out of whack lately. I can barely sleep more than 1-2 hours at a time. I can hardly fall asleep on my left side without my arms going numb.

Even if the Topamax is helping, you might see some of those behaviors (overeating, shopping) break through. It is not a cure, just a treatment.

It sounds like you have been doing a lot better tho

I'm sorry that you are having sleep issues. That can throw everything out of whack

it really seems to be working as an antidepressant. I read that it happens in a few cases so I am lucky. I have been thinking about death a lot.
the black and blues and itchiness makes me worried about plavix. I read some description for side effect that was scary. My sister keeps on coming up. I was up last night again for except two hours.y sleeping is terrible.. I AM NOT DEPRESSED.
i gathered my tax stuff and will bring to the accountant tomorrow. I can't wait to get rid of it. I shouldn't owe anything.
I read a book last night=a fun book.I am starting another one. I hope Marcia likes the two pairs of pants I am surprising her with.
I don't feel like leaving the apartment

I hope you can get an earlier appointment with your doctor so you don't have to worry about the Plavix longer than you have to.

I'm sorry that the thoughts about death and Myra continue to haunt you. I think it's just because you have those unresolved issues. Most people would suggest therapy. I'm not a fan myself. So, I'll I can do is offer

I'm glad you're going to get your taxes taken care of. One less worry. I hope you get a refund!

i brought my taxes in yesterday. I had their email and i didn't know i was supposed have my driver's license that expires this year so I scanned it and emailed it to them. they should get to the taxes in two weeks. they had so many taxes to do. I went to therapy a few times but it didn't help. I went in college and it cost my father back then fifty dollars a week. He didn't claim insurance for it to be on my record. ha. at the end of the year I asked the pdoc how he was supposed to have helped me. He said he kept me in college. I said I could have done that without him! what a waste. bipolar II didnt exist then. in the beginning he put me on thorazine and sleeping pills. It became so hard to translate greek then. lol. latin a little harder. I am really haunted by myra. she was very selfish. we were opposites. such conflict. why can't it stop. I want to ask her youngest son if he remembers when he was a little boy and he had a pet ant and he said everybody should a friend or when he went in the street and said he wanted to die and my parents ignored him. the middle son asked her why she was always taking trips and she said she was young when she had him and she didn't know any better. ugh
I wrote in the other thread I did get an appointment for ednesday at 2:15 but I might also call bristol myers(sp)
I lost anther pound and I think it is real

I definitely wouldn't ask your nephew about those things. I'm sure he has good and bad memories of his mother, but has his own way of dealing with those feelings. People work hard to move on from things like that and you would only be causing him pain.

I have had years of therapy. I saw a great therapist for about 7 years. I think that it mostly helped to have someone to talk to. I have a great deal of insight of my own, and I think that at times she helped me use it. The therapist I've seen recently is a very, very nice person, but is not helpful at all, she actually makes things worse, and I see absolutely no point in going, so I don't.

Therapy isn't for everyone. You have to be willing, and the right therapist makes a big difference.

Congratulations on losing the pound Bobby!
