I'm sorry that you felt out of shape at the yoga class and your injuries flared, I hope that the stretching class will be better and help you.

You do sound hypo. How often are you sending the mood chart info to your pdoc?

There were 2 blocks I picked the larger one, I picked wrong one (I think).
I think that I can find some hip stretches with out using a hard block, maybe one standing.

she wants to see the mood charts monthly.
I see her in a month so I guess I will bring it to her then. I guess I need to start one:o.
Mostly, my right elbow and hip bother me.
What hurts the most right now is when I push the kitty litter to scoop up the soiled clumps, ouch that hurts! JEff said he would take over that job.
lifting a gallon of water hurts too.
Just going through the motions of pushing/extending my arm hurt.

Today was a crazy day.
too much to go into.
Tonight, I tried to quit my womans workshop on "next chapter"
but sue the leader talked me into staying. half way thru 3 left to go.
She also listened to my woes about my elbow and she had a wrist brace that she used for carpel tunnel. perfect! She is letting me borrow it.
Sue also helped me come up with a mood chart. She is a life coach and a very good listener.

she is asking us to examine and document for the 3 days activities during our day that were engaging or not and whether they were an energy inducing high or low. I just felt like it was too much on this already busy schedule.
jeff has a blues performance with some students this evening at 6.at the local art museum on campus.
That should be fun, he was practicing and I love the sound of a slide guitar!

At the blues concert: hubby did well playing(loved that slide guitar:D) and speaking. He spoke about the blues and folk art. The museum has a large collection of art work from a couple, met the lady of the home and she told us it all came from her home. Wow! over 250 pieces and they have a total of 2,000 pieces of art!!!!
The students did great! Loved the blues singer, she had a great voice.
It was a good day, only saw 4 people instead of the scheduled 5 due to a cancellation and I moved tomorrows 9am to today at 1 so that frees up my morning to sleep late yeah! I also had a leisurely lunch.
I was able to do my womans workshop exercise today thru out the day and not get stressed about it.
We went out to dinner after the concert.
I ate the best seafood salad, it was great it had some greek godess dressing that was delicious!
hubby had the tuna and loved it!
I think they have the seafood menu because of lent. I don't think it will be a regular item after easter.
