I dont know what exactly is the cause of my sleep issues....but I do know that it was preceded by a nasty sleep jerk sometime in mid late feb. My chest arched forward a bit. Ever since my sleep has been out of whack. I only had one night where I slept for more than 4 hours (5.5 actually) because I hadnt slept for nearly 3 days.

Definitely don't rat yourself out to the insurance company Bizi!!!
You are not the first person to use one of these programs through a drug company, I don't think it matters how you are meeting the copay, and I definitely don't think you are going to hell I'm so happy that you don't have to worry about getting the care you need because of the cost |

I slept like crap last night. so I guess I am going to have to take the seroquel whether I like it or not. unless I try taking other over the counter meds again. I could try melatonin????
I wonder if that works quickly or has to be in your system a while? I want to stay on my klonipin though it is not working to get me to sleep. I asked to change to ativan instead of the klonipin...which does not stay in your system as long and can contribute to morning grogginess. bizi

I'm sorry that Jeff is on vacation... I know you don't like it when he goes away I feel badly for your friend. 25 years is a long time. I hope that things work out for the best. You are a good friend to have taken the time to lend her your ear. The yoga will take time. I'm sorry that it was so hard on your back and hip It stinks that that pill is roundish and hard to split. I have a hard time cutting some of my pills. My 400mg Seroquel pills are really hard to cut evenly, they are HUGE and keep killing pill cutters. |

Im kind of in a real bad panic today from a phone call I got early this morning. My counselors receptionist called me telling me my 2pm appointment today was cancelled because my insurance would only cover 2 visits per week
Not to mention I got really bad when I was leaving my home to go to pizza hut to pick up an order I had placed. Now Im still having hyperventilating issues but Im not actually hyperventilating. Ive called all the Psychiatrists on the list I was given by my insurance. The earliest date I got was near the end of august My counselor is an awesome guy but he cant prescribe meds. The music guide disc he burned for me worked too good for me. Cat Napping as it was labeled taught me how to relax parts of my body and let them go limp. My upper legs and shoulders/neck were so limp that the muscles there were twitching at the slightest chance :| Last edited by Gethprime; 05-18-2017 at 04:16 PM. |

I am sorry geth that you have a bad panic today. That sounds awful.

I looked at and called up the list I was given for actual PDocs in network with my insurance. The earliest I could get was in late Aug
