Just a quick update:
I found other things to do beside being on the computer all night. I managed to stay off it all night. Which is great! I started reading a book about playing chess. It is very difficult to read and focus and pay attention to the concepts. I will be playing with a friend of mine in the near future. He hasn't played in 30 years he said. I never played that well, never had any strategy. I did some homework from the womens work shop that I am taking on tuesdays for 6 weeks. Creating your next chapter. Sue is a life coach and I really like her. I must sign off as I am over my allotted time this morning. Trying to cut back. 5 clients, lunch with friends, concert-classical guitarist, dinner somehow, laundry some how, long good day! have the best day possible! bizi
