I just finished sending out 30 bills for my services. That is the most I have ever sent at one time. My business is picking up.
Turned down a regular client of mine because her toenails are so hard that my elbow would have been hurting by doing her. so that was too bad, she will have to go to a podiatrist.
I have tendonitis, self diagnosed that is. Not sure what is really up with my right elbow. It has been sore for 6 weeks. I really should have it looked at but it would be expensive. sigh major medical insurance.
It is beautiful here today, maybe we could take a walk tonight.
Jeffs concert is tomorrow night.
He said he already thinks he will have memory slips. I just said...just don't stop. I will be so nervous for him.

I wish you would go get your elbow checked out… your probably have tendonitis in there as well, but I can understand the reluctance due to the expense. I'm facing a similar problem myself with the MRI.

I'm glad that you are finding the hip stretches are easier to do in bed

My right hip is bothering me too, has been since the day after mardi gras ash wednesday. Just woke up limping. The stretches did not feel good this morning, felt like I aggravated my hip which is not good.
Have not been sleeping well.

One suggestion I would have for the Elbow, maybe a elbow brace to
see if it relieves some of the pain.

Also there are exercises on line that you can do for the Elbow for tendonitis.
I would look into them.

jeff had his concert tonight.
He played well but had some memory slips and was frustrated. played so well at home etc.....

He really had bad memory slips and was simply lost on a few pieces, felt bad for him. I was stressed the entire concert, He had practiced so hard and could play the pieces so well at home....sigh
During the concert I just kept repeating in my head:
"sending positive energy and good intentions to you"....
I felt better for it.
He sort of ended the last piece abruptly.
Jeff is such a nice guy and is well respected and liked at the school.
It was really hard to see him suffer through it.

Am feeling really lazy this morning. I need to take a shower. I have extra time as I don't need to leave for 45 minutes enough time to shower and get ready. I did not have an 8;30 appointment. So 10am is the first one of the day.
I really rather prefer to start my day at 10. I got out of bed at 8:15am.
It felt good to sleep better!

Will have to rush home this evening to cook talapia and veggies and eat before leaving to make the womens work shop tonight at 6pm. I did not do any homework for the group, actually don't remember what it was that I was supposed to be doing. The week flew by.

Tomorrow night is the bluegrass concert!
End of the semester there are always good concerts to go to.
We missed the choral concert and I will miss the orchestra concert tonight, well actually I could leave quickly and go to the concert which starts at 7:30 so I would not miss too much.

went late to an appointment, called and she was fine with that.
cooking talapia and mixed veggies for dinner tonight.
Have my womans work shop tonight.
It is hard getting there at 6 pm.
I will time it right for jeff to be home and food ready to eat then leave.
