My new portable padded purple stool came in today.
I hope it works out.
It is a great height.
It looks different from the picture that I ordered but am fine with it.
Made it to the gym tonight and lifted some weights.
Have been on line for a bit so need to change into my jammies and do my exercises before bed. I also want to practice just a bit.

I'm so sorry that you are suffering to this degree right now

Please try calling your councilor's office and ask him/her to try to get you in to see a pdoc earlier because you need to see someone WAY before August, and he/she knows that, and hopefully has some pull with a pdoc in the area. Sometimes exceptions can be made. It is definitely worth asking. I would be a pain in the *** about it.

Try to do what you can to distract yourself before your anxiety can get to 10. I know that it is hard

Sometimes when I'm having major issues with my anxiety and it keeps flaring up, I will hum to myself. It works best to prevent an attack as a distraction, but works to calm during an event, too.

I hope that stool is a big improvement from your current one and works out. The padding will be nice for your bum. What shade of purple is it?

You're being very good and consistent about your exercise routine in general... getting to the gym and/or doing those hip exercises. Great job!

The stool works out great in transporting the new bag has 2 plastic cup holders on top(remember it is a beverage cooler) The feet of the new stool fit right into the cups making transporting Ideal!!!
Can't wait to try it out this morning.
I did my exercises but need to get going if I am going to go to the gym.
I am still in my jammies and want to practice the banjo a bit before I leave, I try to practice twice a day for a little bit to try to build up calluses on the tips of my fingers.
I hired a friend to come in and clean the house tomorrow while I work. Taking advantage of Jeff being gone. He would not like that she is in the house along but she is completely trustworthy. He thinks we should not hire anyone that we should be able to clean our house ourselves.
But we don't keep it clean!
I am going way out of town tomorrow. Will see a total of 4 clients so that is good.
So a busy weekend.
Tonight is trivia night. Went there last night had veggie burgers with pepperjack cheese. they were delicious! no bun. I put balsamic dressing on the 2 patties and had a side salad too. One beer and then went to the gym .

15 minutes on the row machine this morning. good overall machine and heart rate got up to 128 so that is cardio. I don't think that I will walk on the tred mill, just do the row machine and build up strength and endurance.

So I used my new stool, not sure if it will work out or not. client had to bend his knee to have his foot in my lap.
It was way easier for me.
Hopefully most clients will have recliners to sit in and put their feet up.

Came home before lunch to practice on my banjo ukulele for 10 minutes got frustrated because I can't play a certain chord. D7.

I'm glad you are keeping busy with Jeff away

My husband feels the same way about having someone else cleaning the house. I keep it clean, but not CLEAN. And he would never want anyone in here alone, aside from his sister, and trust me, she is no housekeeper lol.

I hope that most of your clients do have recliners. I know you have a lot of elderly clients and bending their knees may be an issue... maybe keeping your old stool in your car is a good idea?

I did not go to trivia, no chairs by the time I stopped by.
Went to fat pats and talked to someone for a long time young man 25.
interesting. Ate some tortilla soup and it was good.

Shantelle did a good job cleaning the house but I saw a few things that needed attention so I wet swiftered parts of the floor and wiped off a couple of kitchen cabinets. Now I can honestly say that I cleaned a little while he was gone.

Have been playing the banjoukulele 1-2 times per day and am building up the start of some calluses I can tell especially on my left index finger. It also hurts the most from pushing down so hard on the tiny fret./string.

My hip is bothering me more tonight....hope it is not my new seat.

Had a veggie burger from whole foods and a side of salad, It was very good. This burger is called Hot dang whole grain burger. Had it with pepper jack cheese then some balsamic dressing over some of it. Delicious!

Am going to a Unitarian Universalist service tomorrow with a girl friend.
I think it will be about international womens day, she is coming at 10am.
Need to get to bed.
Not doing my exercises tonight. I think I have over done them perhaps, maybe I should not be lifting weights, I think I should have it exrayed to see what is going on and maybe a chiropractor could do that???? I have a female who comes highly recommended.

Tonight I am starting to cut back on my klonipin:
.375mg (3 quarters of a .5mg pill) for a month.

I hope I sleep tonight.

The exercises should be helping your hip at this point, not hurting it, and doing upper body work properly shouldn't bother it. I think an X-Ray is a good idea. I think most chiropractors would do one before they work on an area like that, but you may want to go through your GP in case your end up needing an ortho referral. You could always take a copy of the X-Ray to the chiropractor later if you don't need to see an ortho and you decide to go that route.

I'm glad that your house is clean! I guess it's a good and a bad thing that you had to chip in
