Still in my robe...finishing my second cup of coffee. Need to get in the shower. Was out late last night, hung over this morning. I did do my exercises today. Supposed to do them 3 times a day. There are only 5 so far so it takes about 5 minutes... it is just doing them.

I finally took a shower! Now to find something to eat, refridgerator is empty.
Jeff has 3 gigs today. 2 volunteered and one paid.

Just got off the phone with jeff....poor guy.
IT is hard to understand this...but he forgot his guitar.
He drove all of the way there an hour 15 minutes to realize he forgot his guitar. He raced to a guitar shop where they let him rent a guitar for the day.
So he made it back in time to play the gig. He said he was speeding so badly...so glad that he did not get a ticket. So we have to go back there tomorrow to turn in the guitar. I suggested that we go together and then go out to eat at one of our favorite places to eat. The Chimes. I love their new orleans style BBQ shrimp. comes in a pepper sauce with this heavenly corn grit cake. Yummy! He just called me back to tell me there was a lot of construction going on and that we needed to bring the portable GPS.... as his phone did not give him alternative routes. I don't know how to pull that up on my GPS. He will have to do that.
We had a heavy rain come thru here...it was heading east so it was pouring on jeff when he first called. He was not a happy camper to say the least.

I told you my right arm is messed up nerve wise...then there is my right hip.
so I am re thinking my ability to do my job. I just bought a cordless drill called a dremel. I will start using it tomorrow.
My new clippers that I bought over the weekend are not as sharp as my old ones. sigh
I have two pairs into the manufacturer to sharpen. I hope one of them come back sharp.
Pt went well today, we talked about ergonomics. Being aware of my posture and how I sit with my clients and how I sit in this computer chair.
I feel I am learning a lot.
He told me to do a lunge stretch after sitting throughout the day.
He has me doing exercises twice a day....I do them on the bed.
Lemon-pepper talapia and cauliflower rice with cheese it was good.

This was the last session with the womens group.
I made a shrimp stir fry and it turned out good.
Went to whole foods before going. sigh
I was very anxious there. Felt embarrassed about not having done my assignment but there was another woman who had not done it either.
I made a picture collage of happy people and fit people. That is my 5 year goal is to be fit.
I over ate...I just kept eating. sigh...
It was emotional eating to deal with my anxiety.
Miserable now like thanksgiving.
I over shared tonight....sigh
Told them about my phobia of showering. No one understands that.
The class is done but they are talking
about getting together in august...sigh
