I'm glad that your ROM is a little better and some of the exercises are getting easier
If your hip continues to bother you you may want to consider getting an X-Ray. When my right hip was really bothering me my ortho ended up finding a cyst in there. I didn't have anything done about it though. I just continued with my PT.

The cyst wasn't very big, so I chose not to do anything about it. I know I still have it because my hip kinda "pops" in different positions. I can't tolerate leg raises on the right side anymore. It's annoying and uncomfortable.

Well it is official, I hit the 170 mark this morning.

Did have a healthy breakfast.:
3 eggs scrambled spinach with black bean salsa heated up over the eggs and a side of brocolli.
Yummy used a bit of hot sauce and it was so good!
I love to eat so much....this is why I gained weight.
At the festival last night I ate a greek gyro, fried catfish and a boudin link which was very good! So lots of starches.
Jeff is going to festival to hear some of his students play. It rained earlier today but looks like it will hold off so that is good.
There was a terrible incident last night at the festival, after midnight.
Some one was killed and others injured, not sure of the specifics just yet.

I'm sorry about the violence at the festival... That is very sad. I hope they got the suspects.

I hope that Jeff's students did well.

Who brings a gun to the festival...still no details. It just puts a damper on the whole festival/town/community. They had no idea how much of a negative impact this is. I hope they caught em.
I am doing my exercises twice a day for the most part. I can tell that I have greater range of motion. Trying to think about my posture better, shoulders back abs in....
I take my car in to the shop today, pick up a rental for the next 3-4 days.
went out to dinner last night had a veggie pasta dish with shrimp that was over cooked. Jeff thought his alfredo was just fair. Glad we had a coupon for buy one get one free. so did not pay full price. brought left overs home for dinner tonight.
I am hoping to visit a friend tonight and play euchre, a card game.
That should be fun, if it doesn't work out then I will go listen to the blue grass jam.

I am going to start seeing a new Doctor. for my internal medicine.
I saw a osteopathic doctor last time and he doesn't do paps so I had to find a gyn.
But I would rather go to a doctor that I can just see for everything, yearly blood work etc. She also does skin resurfacing and laser work....thinking about these veins on my face from rosacea.
I want to do some hormone testing.
I am also thinking about getting my teeth whitened.

I have a habit of oversharing, too. I feel crappy afterwards and always wonder if it bothers other people. It was nice of you to acknowledge the situation and apologize to your friend. From the sound of it, I doubt it bothered him.

It's convenient to have a PCP who does everything. Mine does. I like not having to have to go to the hospital to have my blood drawn. I choose to get my GYN care from another provider though, and that turned out to be a good thing.

I'd love to have my teeth whitened, but I still smoke and I drink about 7 cups of coffee a day, so it would probably be a waste of money. I don't know why my teeth aren't brown lol.

167.5 this am. It will come off, easily took a year and half to come on will not come off easily for sure.
slept 6.75 hours last night pretty good sleep.
