Do you feel like you are just depressed or do you think you should see your PCP since you are having some medical symptoms like an upset stomach and dizziness?

You are wise not to get on that exercise bike if you aren't feeling well, especially if you are dizzy.

it is nerves. I am worried about the checks that have not been reeived. I haven't had any coffee and have hardly had anything ti eat. today I went to the bank. I just feel so alone and depressed. I didn't sleep last night

Did you stop the coffee because of your stomach? Is your stomach still bothering you, and why you're not eating well? Or is the anxiety messing with your appetite? Could you try milk, peanut butter, and crackers/graham? You should be careful about eating because of your diabetes.

I'm sorry about the situation with the checks. It would upset me, too

next thursday. i went to the senior center. I also went ti the social worker for the driver's license but forgot my check book. if i have the energy i will goback at two fifteen. I might ask her if she knows a good socialworker. i threw out half the lunch

Typically, the more caffeine you consume, the higher your chance of experiencing caffeine withdrawal symptoms, and the higher the chances of your caffeine symptoms being severe. As little as three consecutive days of caffeine consumption can be enough to cause caffeine withdrawal symptoms when caffeine use is discontinued.

Caffeine withdrawal symptoms often begin around 12 to 14 hours after stopping caffeine intake. They are typically at their worst after 24 to 48 hours, and can last for up to nine days.

Caffeine Withdrawal Symptoms
Caffeine withdrawal symptoms vary in type and severity from person to person.

These caffeine withdrawal symptoms are common:

Chills and/or hot spells
Decreased alertness
Depressed mood
Difficulty concentrating or thinking
Digestive issues (usually constipation, but sometimes also nausea and / or vomiting)
Fatigue, lethargy and / or sleepiness
Headaches, ranging from moderate to severe, and usually starting behind the eyes before spreading

Irritability (moderate to extreme) and restlessness
Insomnia (Although it seems counterintuitive, this can be an issue for some people!)
Muscle stiffness and / or pain
Sinus issues (usually blocked sinuses or cold-like symptoms)
