I am feeling much better now. It was all due to caffeine withdrawal. I Need a substitute. I don't have breakfast. I have been having itchiness all over for a while., especially around my scar. Lately Abby has been licking my hand. it is so sweet. It has nothing to do with itchiness because she just started. I have been taking benadryl. I really felt so lousy those days.
I decided when I was young I met my mother's needs and then I had the wrong mother and my mpther who gave me a lot was the wrong mother for me. she really did give me a lot/breakthrough

I had the same backwards/dysfunctional type relationships with both my parents.. being their caregivers… even when they were healthy (my father is still alive and I'm no longer responsible for him, thank God). I'm glad to hear that you are interested in a therapist.

When and why did you stop drinking coffee, Bobby? I hope if you are having symptoms they will go away soon. No added sugar chocolate powder is pretty good. You could try making hot chocolate or chocolate milk as a substitute if you don't like drinking tea.

You haven't talked a lot about the kitties lately. How are they doing?

the symptoms are almost gone. I still feel a little nauseated and chilled but I didn't get a headache. I think the coffee started not to agree with me. that was the first time that ever happened. also I have been itchy fir a long time now so I didn't know if that was partially the reason. I am still itchy but not as itchy.
I like tea but know that has caffeine but less I think so I will watch the intake.
I can't spellit but I like dajeeling and ooling teas oh and earl grey. I have to start putting water in the refrigerator.
what would I do without the cats? I have to brush Pudge more. she adores it.
abby gets so much attention. she is always putting on a show. she is jealous of Pudge. Pudge is used to it.
It is ironic that at least early on we met our parent's needs but they didn't meet ours. Our yesterday or the day before now that I am 72 almost 73 did I realize how wmuch my mother gave me but things that weren't important to me. My father gave me tennis....so important to me-so much joy.

I'm glad that you are almost done withdrawing from the coffee. I hope all your symptoms are gone soon

I'm glad that your kitties are bringing you joy

Dottie has long hair. I wish she liked to be brushed, but it's a fight. I have to pin her down, and feel so guilty about it, but she gets mats around her bum. Anytime I try to brush any of my cats, they try to bite the brush because they're all weirdos.

You are lucky that your kitties don't throw up a lot!

Rocky's problem is he's the household hairstylist and grooms himself and the other two cats, so he's digesting extra hair. Dottie is the only kitty with long hair, but for some reason she almost never throws up.

Im so happy that you finally got a good night's sleep. I hope that it's the first of many more to come
