I saw pdoc after missing last week due to being too depressed to drive.
I saw her today (Wednesday). Told her that I was tired, sleepy, and depressed. (Often anxious but not in that moment.) I wanted to ask her if she had notes on why I stopped Ritalin. She did not. I told her it probably made me any of these: anxious or nauseated. She gave me a script for dexmethylphenidate 2.5mg 1/2 to 1 PO QAM. I dropped the script off at the pharmacy to pick up Thursday. Dexmethylphenidate - Wikipedia ------------------ Lunesta makes me depressed but I am going to take a little bit tonight. I should have enough time to sleep.(Often I take it with only five or six hours of sleep.) I will take it now at 1:00 a.m. and set the alarm for 9:00 a.m. 8 hours. M |
