I never heard of it. I just bought fourteen hundred packets of splenda. Yesterday alicia spoiled me. she brought me a piece of danish. then later when she went out she came back with one of my favorite cupcakes-they are big iwth a lot of frosting I offered to pay for it but she said no. I give her things. I think w now have a good relationship. she and her family are animal lovers. she has a few cats and a dog and they help rescue dogs and cats and she feeds 10 feral cats.
I am very careful about the bike. my legs aren't strong so my movement isn;t constant. I was on for four minutes this morning. I watch tv when i am on it so it really goes fast.
I guess I do meditate on God's name.I forgot if i wrote that yesterday the rabbi discussed psalm 73. I believe it. I am wondering if the topamax is relataed to my spelling difficulties. It definitely isn't helping my eating. Yesterday I was such a pig and I ordered another velvet cake.
love
bobby not depressed
