Try taking some slow even breaths until you can relieve the tightness. What is your favorite psalm? Think of that while doing this.

There are many Psalm that are helpful to me. Some help me in different ways, at different times. All of them can be considered my favorites.

There are many verses in Isaiah chapters 40-66 that can get me through some of my painful nights also. Thanks. The pain has let up. I never know what it's going to do.

The thought of possibly losing my SSDI, along with everyone else frightens me. I could only imagine being out on the street sooner, or later. I can't hardly stand thinking of this. I'm close to 64, and 1/2 years old.

I'm being helped by the region 10 system. I have a medication manager Nurse Practitioner, a councilor, and a case manager. I've been labeled with panic disorder, OCD, Schizoaffective disorder that I'm ashamed of, bipolar depression, and other complex mental health issues. I'm on powerful medications. I'm tired of all of these things, but I'm still hanging on. If I loose my SSDI, and medicare/Medicaid at this age, I can't imagine the outcome. I am frightened. Where could I go for help? BF:confused:
