Before lunch I saw clients in less than an hour so I got a longer lunch which was good. I am so tired after seeing 9 clients today. I saw 6 yesterday. Inormally see 4 or 5 a day.
after lunch I took a little bit longer with clients, got home at 6:20pm, Nicole showed up shortly afterward. Pork came out great. ate some raspberry gelato, man was that good! I was going to take a bath but am too tired so am waiting to go to bed as late as possible. Don't want to get up at 4 or 5 am. I will take a hot shower in the morning. My back is killing me! bizi

Amazed at how good I feel this morning from our new mattress!!
Just one beer last night. 5 days in a row. yes! Moderation has come to me.....thanks goodness for meds and the right combination! Feeling very blessed this morning. bizi

Woke up achy this morning. and did not sleep as well.
I only had one beer last night and went to bed early. Got to sleep right away. Maybe I should just chalk it up to menopause. I was hoping that I would wake up feeling great again.... oh well.  Have a shrimp boil to look forward to tonight. With some colleagues of jeffs. should be fun. bizi

I stuck to one beer, 7th day in a row=a week!!!!
Yeah, moderation at last. Well for alcohol not food: Went to a shrimp boil at our friends house. Lots of peel and eat shrimp, 2 half ears of corn, one potato, some boiled onion, 8 inches of andouille sausage. IT was all very spicy and delicious! Had fruit and an apple turn over for desert. Oh forgot about the small salad and half an avocado and many slices of cheese for appetizers. Stuffed! He gave us some shrimp and carbs to take home. We are having left over pork stew tomorrow, and the shrimp on wednesday. There is still left over blue berry cheese cake. I will throw out the rest of my piece. bizi who will not get on the scale tomorrow!
