Did not sleep last night.
no geodon....
last night noticed that I have pitting edema from the shins down to my feet. weird!
took shower and am running late.

I think that you have gotten to the bottom of it, but symptoms like this can be scary

I stopped taking the mobic last night and the rest of the seroquel but I did take an 80 mg of geodon, did not have the 40's yet. Woke up 2 hours later with restless legs again.awful.
went in the other bedroom to stretch my legs and I thought that I was interrupting jeffs sleep. I got on the computer for a bit and took an extra 1mg of klonipin. And slept in until 7;20 good sleep.
I canceled my 0830 appointment because I did not want to have to get up, have been working a lot lately and feel it.
so I see my therapist this morning at 10am.
so I have plenty of time....though I actually could see my 0830.....naw.

first night AF in quite a while last night. I was exhausted...these med changes have been hard on me.The mobic caused swelling of my legs. The switches back to geodon caused restless leg syndrome, need to pick up lower dose and try taking that earlier, have to take it with food. I don't eat breakfast and I can't drink after I take it. so It has been a challenge. Maybe is now the time to really stop drinking. My weight has exploded. 185. back on weight neutral meds so no excuse there. With the holidays coming....I really need to reel it in. When I first moved to Loiusiana I weighed almost 200 pounds. I am not that far away. Looking at taking a year to take the weight off is really depressing.
I feel like such a failure.....

You aren't a failure...

You are dealing with dual diagnosis... rapid cycling bipolar I disorder and addictive behaviors, which doesn't exactly make it easy to meet your goals: stopping/moderating drinking, losing weight, curbing internet use.

Getting on an effective medication regiment would work wonders, but I don't think your pdoc has a ****ing clue what she is doing...
I know you want to keep trying the Naltrexone, and another pdoc may not prescribe it, but if you want to get to a more stable place where you can get closer to meeting thoe goals, you need to get a new pdoc

As far as quitting drinking, you have to be ready...
My best advice is to keep thinking about it, as you are now

I slept last night great! no restless legs even taking the 80mg of geodon at night. Maybe my body is used to it again or maybe it was the wine that kept it away???? Whatever, I will take a good nights sleep!
We went to olive garden because of their veterans day deal, special. Free dinner for all veterans. There was to be a 30 minute wait when we got there and a single gentleman came up to the counter. I asked him if he wanted to join us for dinner. And he agreed. So that was nice, he was nice. Served in the navy, Jim was his name. He talked about his 2 sons who were really smart but lacked ambition and had mediocre jobs.
I had a delicious meal of chicken picatta with capers, yummy.
Over ate their salad and bread sticks of course!
We are going to the diner This morning, jeff is performing with the sky liner big band jazz group for the veterans day concert. I am not going, don't want to go by myself.
Work went fine yesterday.
WEnt to a friends house for a beer and to chat. He is one of jeffs best friends, it was nice outside even though I had 2 sweaters on I was still a bit chilly though I get cold easily. I wasn't going to go but jeff reminded me of their new kitten who is adorable. Zeffer is his name, tiny thing.
Got home around 10;30 and was in bed by midnight. slept great! got out of bed at 8;30. Even my feet are creeky first thing until I start moving.
Need to get going, need to go grocery shopping nothing to eat in the house, lots of condiments is all.

I'm so glad that you haven't had that problem with your leg in a couple of nights? And that you are sleeping better

I hope that your body is starting to adjust to all the med changes...
It seems like your mood is stable, despite all those changes, and that's awesome
