Drank too much yesterday. Slept fine again.
Have not been drinking enough water, woke up to a cold house and a bit of a sore throat so I took some zyrtek and drinking a hot cup of coffee. need to get ready for my first client at 8;30, up at 7;15 this morning.
yesterday I looked at a couple of open houses. One house was great but the location was terrible. and it had a terrible back yard.
WE my health issues, we have no business thinking about buying a new home. Our house needs so much attention it would take a fortune to just get it ready to sell....then again we could just sell it as is.
The thought of having a new home is really appealing though.
If we fix up our home, get a new kitchen, do some landscaping, get jeff a new bathroom that could be 50$K and would have to be paid off in 15 years. that would be another house payment almost, 2nd mortgage./line of credit.
All this talk about new homes and such is because our neighbors next to us have moved and we are nervous as to who will move in.
We heard that there was a tax issue holding up the sale, great a tax evader! for neighbors....
anyway.
lots of spinning of wheels and going no where.
Though every time I look at homes I like ours better. and you can't beat the location. So we should just try to make some improvements.
need to get moving....

I finished the NAMI class tonight.
When asked what I had learned from the class.
I said that the class had helped me to identify an issue that I was not aware of....
I have a lot of anxiety!

I was anxious most of the time while I was there.
I picked so much at my fingers and ate so much candy and drank sodas and was fidgety...
I am glad that is done!
It was a lesson in patience.....

Maybe the meeting should be shorter. How long did it go on?

I'm glad that you hung in there with the NAMI meetings and recognized your anxiety issues

Buying a new home or making improvements to your current one is a big decision. I know that you have been thinking about it for a while now. I'm glad that you like your home... maybe improvements are the way to go. I know Jeff likes the yard, but how does he feel about the issue overall?

8:30am is early for you! I know you hate making appointments at that time... I suppose you have no choice since you are so busy no tho...

jeff made weak coffee today, he said he made it strong...I don't think so.

I only had time for one cup of coffee yesterday morning so by that afternoon I was falling asleep at the wheel, not good. So I happened to remember a new coffee house right where I was going! and had a triple espresso. It did the trick! and I was alert again.
My knees are really bothering me at times, I sat on the floor when washing/scraping dead callus off of yesterdays afternoon clients big toes.
Some how I have to come up with a better way of doing that. Maybe just sit on the floor from the start with him...which doesn't hurt my knees nor my hips etc.
It is just now I am having a hard time getting up off the floor.
As sedentary as my job is it is hard on my body.

I know you just recently bought two new stools, but you may want to look into buying another one off Amazon... but before buying, read A LOT of reviews first. Some people may have the same issues you have and may have found that one of the stools out there help with their problems

My new stool works like a charm, I love it.
IT is the washing of the feet that is what gets me now.
If I were to sit on the stool to wash feet it would completely hurt my back leaning over.

did not sleep well last night, neither did hubby.
My thumbs both hurt/bled from me picking at them.
I wear these special bandaides that stay on pretty well with washing but completely come off when I use finger nail polish remover.
They look/feel/are terrible.
I wish I would leave them alone, just as one starts to heal I pick at it again....

Got my hair high lighted today and colored. It looks nice.
Jeff went to red box to go pick up a movie: Wonder woman.
He was able to get the receiver to work so we can listen to the movie thru our speakers instead of just the tv...that will sound much better.
I am going to a work shop on lower back pain and sciatica. Will have gumbo for lunch then see 3 clients in the afternoon. no plans for tomorrow night.
we were going to an opera show but it got canceled due to an illness. So this is why we decided to rent a movie.
Sunday we are going to the symphony for a gershwin show.
Our friend is playing trumpet for them and his soon to be ex wife plays cello.
I invited her for dinner soon, I bought a chicken pot pie. Since my husband and her soon to be ex are best friends...not too sure she wants to come over here....probably not.
