Well I was doing good, turned down chocolate that my hubby offered then I remembered the pecan pie left over from thanksgiving one of my favorite pies!
So... I just ate the pecans on top and threw away the rest of the pie in the trash.

Just got the 2D echo results of my heart as a pre-screen for surgery. Says concentric left ventricular remodeling with adequate LV systolic function. Ejection fraction was rated at 68%. and relative wall thickness being at .51. Anyone know what this means or know anyone that does? im concerned. because my cousin who is a nurse here in a hospital in the philippines she said something about it going too fast/slow. Everything else scanned showed to be within normal parameters. all valves are good. Ive suffered from PVCs that come and go ever since Jan 2017 from what I can remember. Back then the PVCs are out of control, but I also suffered from frequent panic/anxiety attacks quite often. I still suffer from these attacks but not quite as much any. From what I can think is that most of the time my PVCs come when Im under a great deal of stress/about to come into a panic/anxiety attack. Since moving in with my girlfriend here in Talisay City Cebu in the Philippines these attacks have significantly reduced. But I feel like theyre coming back because of stresses due to a surgery I need regarding a testicular mass on my right testicle I found during a self exam last month. An ultrasound was ordered by the urologist here and the mass was confirmed. My right nut has to come out LOL. Dont know if its cancerous (i hope its not) but if it isnt I dont want it back. My urologist in the states (Texas) noted on the ultrasound I got back in Feb 2017 that he noticed microcalcifications in and around my testicles, but couldnt tell if they were cancerous because they were too small to determine. Fast forward to last month and the mass I discovered....Ive starting to get stressed out again to the point of panic and anxiety attacks. Especially with my left ventricular remodeling issues

Call your doctors office and ask them to explain this to you. Maybe a nurse could have time to talk to you. I would place a call in ASAP to help alleviate your fears.

I started getting a cold 3 days ago...coughing etc.
This morning I am worse.
yesterday I lost my voice on and off thru out the day.
This morning have a head ache, coughing up yellow gunk from my lungs.
I took mucinex DM last night and that suppressed my coughing so I could sleep.
Now I am nursing coffee, feels good on my throat.
I don't feel feverish.
Thankfully it is a lite day.
Have tdoc appointment at 11am then lunch with friends.
Appointment at 2:30 and then 4, so only 2 clients today.

I wrote out my meds for sleep and such for hubby in case he needed to fill up my pill box for any reason.
I take a lot of meds(vitamins too).

at night:
80mg geodon
200mg of lamictal
2.5mg of zyprexa
.5mg of klonipin
3mg of extended release melatonin

Last night I also took mucinex DM for my coughing chest cold.
Slept like a rock.
