I'm sorry about your Rosacea, Bizi

After I pick, I hold a hot facecloth on my face for a couple of minutes, then a cold one for another few, and then I put a little bit of lotion on my face. I find that it kinda minimizes the damage I did and I don't look as bad as I would otherwise the next day.

I'm glad that you got to veg out for a while and go to breakfast yesterday. I hope that you and Jeff enjoyed your respective outings

I announced on text messaging to my family that this would be an alcohol free holidays, mom responded that she had sparkling grape juice and cider so I was so happy about that!!!!! I bought 3 boxes of herbal tea and decaf constant comet which I love and have not had in years. I am not getting oduls because I think it would trigger cravings and I am still going to try to only drink water or tea(maybe some egg nog which is not on my diet!).
I have 6 people to see today and then I am done. I already changed my voice mail recordings on both phones to say I would be out of town until jan 5th, we actually get get back on the 3rd but then work 10 days straight!
My calendar is full!...I am so grateful that I have a secure job.
I need this break/vacation! When I get back it will be a whirl wind!

I can't pick up my meds until 9 am tomorrow, set up pill box for 2 weeks then hit the road hopefully by 10 or 10;30. We are bringing a big cooler, It will be trickey packing everything. I am hoping it doesn't rain tomorrow.
I won't have access to a computer when we are gone so will miss you guys.

Got some possible grim news. My cousin just got word from the cancer clinic here in the philippines where Im at right now. She told me they found something in the biopsy. My urologist says theres an 80% chance that it is cancerous. Im just hoping that it was caught and removed early enough that the cancer is gone or that only one round of chemo/radiation treatment is needed and/or surveillance is needed too. Im really hoping it hasnt spread

Soon we will be leaving for our trip up north, it has been and will be cold when we get there! oh well we are spoiled down here. Will have to be careful of the ice that forms on the roads. Not looking forward to this trip.

bags are all packed just need to fill up the tank and pick up prescriptions. I was going to run out of every thing soon after we get back and did not want to be worrying about them.
just got up, went to bed around 130 2am.
slept till 9, must get moving!

Sort of great news......in a way. My cousin (the nurse at the hospital I got the surgery done at) told me she got the pathology report. Its confirmed to be Stage Ib seminoma, which was removed. Report read as tumor confined to testicle and not spread to epididymis. Since the testicle was removed, Im pretty sure Im ok. Lymph nodes were noted as Nx meaning no infection from cancer. Mx showed no cancer spread to other parts of the body. and Sx showed tumor markers werent taken. They were within normal ranges when I had them done early to mid Nov when I went to the 1st urologist.
