I missed you on here. But will say Happy Birthday.
I totally get the weather, brrrr, my area is still in negatives today. It started i believe at negative 18 or so. Yesterday was worse though. Heat wave tomorrow, is 11 above. yah, I have to go to lafayette is very glad. Hope the pipes didn't freeze at your mom's. its been cold out. Donna

hi
we made it back in last night at 9pm I saw 3 people today and my therapist. So I really like her. She is very encouraging and affirming. I continue to be headed on the right path. I still thank Dr. Orazio for ordering zyprexa for me. In fact today I called the office to give her that message. I will try to catch up here on the threads but don't have the energy to respond. Will work every day until I get caught up. Have missed the ease of my PC and mouse and full keyboard and reliablilty. missed you all bizi

 11-29 AF 11-30 AF I made it AF all of December!  1-1 AF my birthday! 1-2 Planned DD  1-3 AF 1-4 AF I am very happy to be back in control of my drinking. Thank GODDESS for the right medication! bizi

bizi 177.6 this morning only gained .5 pound while on vacation. I thought I would lose but too many pizzas and pies, some candies. It would have been much worse had I been drinking for sure. Also I drank entire bottles of sparkling grape juice which is loaded with a ton of sugar. Back to coffee and tea and water today. bizi
