I told her of my picking and asked about luvox which she is not crazy about.

So much for going to bed an hour ago.
 A short while ago I was hungry and went looking for left overs found a lentil rice greek dish from lunch and finished it off. I never do this! sigh bizi

Last night around midnight, I got hungry.
I am hypomanic now and lack impulse control. I went to the fridge and got out left overs...lentals and rice, a greek dish. I never eat at night like that!!!!!! I started taking the 20mg of abilify 2 days ago. Don't want to get full blown manic. Am eating a lot. lunch: was vegetable mousaka at Sandras healthfood cafe, (egg plant, tomatoes, onions, Garlic, small amount of peppers, he usually adds potatoes but not today. He is lebanese/greek, not sure really). carrots and smothered cabbage. I love this dish and get it every time it is on the menu maybe 2-3 times per month. Wish it was every thursday!!!! Dinner: at some friends. Drank several beers and a watermelon margarita. It was very good. They served us: baked chicken with mashed potatoes stuffed in the chicken. Almondine, mushrooms green beans. freshly chopped veggie salad, home made pineapple upside down cake. It was all very filling. and delicious!!!!! Definitely good food day! 2 chocolate mint wafers just now. I am still stuffed! Bizi

I think I am better.
I was able to get ready for work: Wash face brush teeth apply acne med apply concealor brush hair get dressed make phone call all before getting on computer. so that was restraint which I have not had for a while.  ready to go start work and will be on time!!!! I have to meet an angry woman this morning...not looking forward to that. sigh I will tell you about it later. bizi

The lady was nice and I did the pedicure as fast as possible because he was getting agitated. Good day at work. One cancelation so was done at 5pm.
IT was a whole foods night. Got there around 5pm and met up with some friends and sat in the bar and got some food off the salad bar. A very tasty shrimp salad that was good and good for me. Pea greens. spinach, red peppers, Mushrooms, corn, asparagus and shrimp marinade with oil and vinegar dressing. Delicious! I had 2 beers there and was there for 4 hours. I talked with my girl friend, Nicole who is leaving soon depending upon her medical issues, divorce court dates and such. came home at 9pm, 4 hours later. Having some beers. Jeff is in Colorado until tuesday, I don't do well with out him, alone. A friend asked me to go to a yoga Brunch on sunday. A couple of my friends are going. I don't really like yoga. But it would get me out of my comfort zone. I found out that one of the guy friends at whole foods is going and will not be doing yoga. It is a brunch that includes great food and bloody marys. It costs $35 which is expensive. Jeff is gone so I have nothing to do on sunday so I should go. I can go and not do the 1 and 1/2 hour of yoga before brunch. Maybe my one friend Melissa could pick me up and then go to Donnas to drive together out of town. That way I could drink with out having to drive. bizi

I was wondering what a "Yoga Lunch" was so I am glad that you explained it. I hope that you are o.k. while your husband is gone. It seems like a good idea to do some planned activities like go to the lunch part of the yoga lunch. Take good care. Mari |

On facebook, I chatted with an old friend for hours. That was entertaining. I found old picture albums with me in front of a glacier in alaska when I lived with him in 1986. I was very young and thin and fit back then. sigh
