Glad you were able to get out. I'm sorry your weight is such a scary thing for you. I'm a vanilla guy myself. I don't think I ever met a dish of vanilla ice cream I didn't like.

thank you. I seem to be shutting down. the second cup of coffee with the french vanilla was better. hopefully when I finish this half and half I won't buy anymore. I won;t get on the scale for another week. I am not having dinner. I read an article today saying tea might help prevent dementia and alzheimers
Can Tea Prevent Dementia? Alzheimer's - Andrew Weil, M.D.

Thanks for the link to this article! My wife & I are daily tea drinkers. There's a tea importer / retailer, based in the Twin Cities, we buy our tea from. One of their shops is just a few blocks away from us. They're also on the web: http:TeaSource | Buy Quality Tea Online. Anyway... it's good to know our tea drinking is not only enjoyable, but it's protecting us against dementia & Alzheimer's disease as well. Plus it warms our innards on cold winter days!

Please take care of yourself...

That was a really interesting article Bobby, thank you

I'm glad that you went out

I LOVE half & half in my coffee. I get it in my iced coffee if I go out, but no longer use it at home. I'm glad the french vanilla nut pods are growing on you. I think things that are french vanilla flavored are hit or miss.

I have hazelnut downstairs. didn't pick it up yesterday so don't know how I will react to that. I think so far the original flavor I like the best. I drink a lot of tea too. I drink twinings earl grey the most and then twinings green tea. I have a lot of darjeeling tea and some oolong tea. I use splenda.
I also have been using a lot of lemon and try to have a glass of warm water with lemon in the morning. It is supposed to be very good for you. That was the first time I came across that information about tea. Why isn't it widespread?
