i just got another one and a half hours. I know sleep is good. I have been so sleep deprived for so long. two or three hours a night is a killer. I am still exhausted. I dpn't think it is restful sleep though.

Seroquel made me sleep.

So did Ambien.

Right now I take tiny amounts of Lunesta some nights.

If you cannot sleep, do what you are doing by taking it easy/resting.

all i did was feel fatigued and good for nothing. everything was an effort. even taking my pills. that was one of the reasons I didn't want to leave the apartment or talk to anyone. I had no energy. On top of that the stroke was a major contributor towards feeling exhausted all the time. am afraid even if I start getting the sleep I still will feel exhausted. Most food I don't want to eat/////.
I got another cupcake this morning and have been craving sugar. I just have been craving junk food and I amm at my heaviest. also i read that doxepin might make you gain weight. lunesta and ambien and trazadone didn't work for me.

Being tired/ sleepy causes sugar cravings. -- at least for me it works like that.

Bobby

Work on the sleep first, then the eating.

The best thing I can suggest is to try to get on a regular schedule so that your fatigue is a little more predictable, and you can plan on taking naps during the day when it's tends to be at its worst

I get sugar cravings at night when I am tired. I am into Hershey's Kisses at the moment.

I was half sleeping til now. I don't know but the doxepin might be helping the depression too. I feel hung over.

How do you feel about the hangover?

They are nasty but sometimes not as bad as other side effects.

Maybe the hangover / s will pass. Did the med dosing just get increased?
