If you are going to eat the raw meat, at least make sure it is refrigerated well

I'm sorry about your leg. My right leg is the good one, too. Sometimes it suffers because it's picking up the slack for the weak one. But of course, as you mentioned, arthritis is a possibility. If it gets bad, it may be a good idea to go see your PCP because you depend on it more now since the stroke.

I'm glad that the class went well. Not everyone subscribes to every belief of their chosen religion
