Default i just woke up again
I sleep another two hours. this is more sleep than I have gotten in months/ I forgot what time I went to bed but wow. I am still exhausted. The doxepin worked. I got at least eight or nine hours of sleep. what a difference between two or three. I hope it continues. Maybe then I might start feeling human.

i woke up at 2:15. I couldn;t fall back to sleep. I really thought the pills were working. I guess I will see about tomorrow

thanks. I fell asleep again and just woke up. I still feel exhausted but I got another three hours of sleep. Getting two or three hours of sleep has been a nightmare. I am a little hopeful now.
