I have to do it myself. she hides from cecilia now so I have to wait until she is sleeping and then i nab her. she caught on too quickly. she is the smartest cat.
also in Manhattan you don't get kids for hire. In this building where i am one of the few remaining renters, most of the apartments go now for at least a million dollars. usually they are babies sthat live here and then move to the suburbs when they get older.

she is still staying away from me. right now i don't know where she is. she pooped only once yesterday but they still want a sample. now she occasionally sneezes. She hadn't sneezed before. I wonder where she is.

besides being irritated and anxious I was extremely angry. I don;t usually get angry. I don;t know what I would say to a therapy except it is my bipolar.

Are there specific things that are ****ing you off, are you ****ed off in general and can't pinpoint why, and/or do you think that partly you are angry because you are bipolar and had the stroke (very good reasons to be ****ed)?

i don't know what part the stroke has to do with it or the combination of the stroke and the bipolar. since I had the stroke i gained 12 pounds which makes me very sad and scared and upset and angry at myself that I can't control my eating cupcakes etc. I could always control my eating sweets. Now I look forward to eating sweets and chocolate and show no will power and scared of my diabetes. I am also angry at my doctor for not testing me all along for blockage of my caratoid arteries because of my high cholesterol. Robert always has his doctor do it. I am mad at myself for not realizing that something was wrong with abby's stools since i got her. I wouldn't have done anything with the breeder but I would have taken her to the vet. I was studied to let the p.t.s push me too much and make me worse. I am angry that I have spent so much money even though i like what I bought. I have so much anger.

It sounds like you are blaming yourself...please don't be so hard on yourself.
You have alot of emotions reeling you. I wish you had a good therapist to talk through some of this.
Are you still listening/taking classes with your Rabbi?
Maybe you could read the bible/psalms again. They helped you before, if I remember correctly.
I wish you felt better.

You can make sure these test are now done as much as you need or
want. Remember there isn't anything you can do about the past,
but you can the future.

I am having problems with weight gain too. But its mainly after
my surgery and fall last April. So I've figured out that I need
more vegetables I think. So I found a soup that I love with vegetables
and dumplings of all things. But it seems to be helping regulate my
body which has been a problem lately.

So I'm going to go buy some more and try to eat one bowl a day.
And bran flakes which is the other answer it seems for me.
I know my problem with this is mild compared to many in here
but for me its a big problem.

Ps. I love sweets, so I'm trying really hard to limit the amount. But if you cut it out completely it then gets worse.

is the soup ready made? fresh direct has been having an ice cream on sale that is so very good marked down from 7 to 5 dollars. I can't resist it. My aide brings me a cupcake every week. My other aide gets pizza and I usually pay for that and have her get me a cupcake. Bad influences but no self control. I keep on hoping the sale will be over and I will restrain myself from the cupcakes. I am really scared of my diabetes II. I am beginning to eat more vegetables again.
