I feel sick. abby is sneezing a lot. My toenail is making my shoe hurt. I keep on telling myself that maybe in a year the awful fatigue from the stroke will end.
today I start my diet again. I refuse to look at the scale. I bought hamburger and will make that for lunch and dinner. I am so very depressed. I am going to try to just read and not buy. the buying has gotten me further depressed/ I will wait to give abby the medicine. she started sneezing after I gave it to her yesterday. pudge seems to be fine. |
