Agitation and irritability can be symptoms of depression and/or anxiety, but sometimes it's just situational. Sometimes, we all just get ****** off

What do you want to talk to a social worker or case worker about? Maybe we can point you in the right direction...

I'm glad that you found the Buddhist practice Skeezyks suggested helpful. Somethings are difficult for me to read too, and take a couple of tries to soak it all up.

I'm glad that there are more studies that show that coffee has health benefits. I don't know if that's true of the massive amounts of it I drink tho.
