They revamped the diet (but I don't know how) since I started using it the first time, and I still do it the old way. I've never bought food from them. I do it on my own, so I don't know how that works.
I'm still on the diet. Still on Phase 1. I do that longer than the usual 2 weeks, which is okay as long as you are tolerating it well, as I am. I have at least 2 cups of vegetables with all 3 meals... usually raw for breakfast and lunch. A lot of people can't squeeze veggies into their breakfasts. I'm sure they find a way to do it with the prepared meals they are going to send you tho. You should be able to find out more information on their website. |
