Did you have any caffeine with drawl headaches from limited coffee beverages for the day? I suppose you could have boiled water and run the hot water over grounds for over pour. Not sure what that is called. Hoping that things get back to normal for you..... sorry that the doctor called your appointment, weather messes everything up. Hugs and love to you today.
