I lost a lot of my "fire" when I started taking Seroquel. I guess that's a good thing sometimes, but it's not something I like. I just accept it tho as a trade off for the benefits I get from taking it. It's a personality change, and I can understand why some people decide not to take meds.

Seroquel does suppress my personality somewhat, but not totally. I know what you mean about some people not wanting to be medicated. BF:hug::hug::hug:

I'm not sure if my medications are working as well as they use to. I don't like it when doctors change medications around though. BF:hug::hug::hug:

I feel the same.

I would almost rather keep what I already have than have to
deal with something new -- but lately I am interested in changes

I hope that they keep creating better medications for us Mari. I hope that you find better medications now, and in the future. BF:hug::hug::hug:

Kay I lost a lot of my "fire" also. Instead of commenting about various things when people have said something, I've noticed that I keep my opinion to myself, and/or not giving my ideas to the people.

I have been responding to the people in the support group though. I'm glad that I don't just sit there. I have so many thoughts when things are said that I cannot keep quiet, and I give understanding of what I know. I'm careful to not talk to much. BF:hug::hug::hug:

Thank you Bizi. I've been through it for a long, long time. I've learned many coping skills, and many things over decades.

Thank you. You have a lot to share also. We all do here. BF:hug::hug::hug:
