Default 2 Years Sober Today

I can hardly believe it's been two years... it's gone by so fast!

I could never imagine a life for myself without alcohol, so I'm very proud of myself for being able to sustain my sobriety for this long. I had a lot of good reasons to stop, but I have to give a lot of credit to better mental health care... I would never have been able to stop with my BP as out of control as it was in the past.

Cravings are really rare for me, but I have to admit that with all the anxiety over the move-in date, I was having them, but at the same time, I knew I would not take a drink.
