 I have always had small amount of depression along with anxiety.Right now I don't think I'm depressed and I get anxious when things need to change. Just life, I will get back into solving the weight problem. Getting the weather to change is going to help. I can go for more walks. Donna

I always wear slippers in the house.
You are right... it is very hard to find places to put your cane when you sit down. It can be very annoying. I hope that your anxiety settles down soon

my anxiety seems to have settled down.Yesterday I slept practically the whole time. Today I feel okay. The scale says I am down two pounds. I don;t know why

Have you ever seen a 4 prong cane? they offer more support and can stand up on their own anywhere I believe. You may have carpet or rugs so a hurricane may not work, on a flat surface those kind of canes stand up quite nicely.

I think you would remember the 4 prong as it is much bigger and very different from the regular canes. They really help people maybe I can google it for you and post a picture for you.
