I'm pretty sure I've taken it before Bobby, but it was a long time ago. I'm sure I wasn't on it long because antidepressants don't exactly agree with me.

I think you appointment was yesterday (Thursday)? How did it go?

i think he doubled the wellbutrin. he only wanted to change one medicine at a time, I asked him to lower the doxepin.. I think I got a new aide, she seemed very nice and a hard worker. she is from trinidad. I will have her every other week.

My mother-in-law took remeron at one time for a few years. She didn't
have any problems with it.

I'm glad that your pdoc made the med change to try to help with your depression. I hope that it helps with your sleep, too. I can understand his not wanting to change more than one med at a time. Otherwise, it makes it hard to tell which change helped or made things worse.

Is Marcia still coming? Or do you just have the one new aide now?
I'm glad that you like the new one. I know you will be very nice to her, but try not to spoil her like the other two. You don't need to do that

Did you ever find your laundry card?

I'm glad that she did something without being asked. That is a good sign
Sharing a coffee and the meal was generous.

And I'm glad that Marcia is still coming
