Are you still getting around the apartment okay, Bobby?

How are you doing today?

I am getting around the apartment. I can't take sharp turns and my balance is really off. sometimes i have to get on the scale twice because of my balance and it registering err.
I might try the bike today. I feel weepy although I can't cry. I know I have to start exercising but I have no self control or discipline. I am waiting to see if i can get a home physical therapist.
I have no energy just a lot of complaints. oh for self discipline.
love

I understand what you mean about making turns. It's harder to do in small apartments/houses. Go slow... be careful

I know you think you should be exercising, but I don't think the bike is a good idea right now since your balance is off. A fall of of that could cause a significant injury. I think it's best to wait for a PT to come. Hopefully he/she will help you with your balance

I'm so sorry that you are at the point of tears, but can't cry (I can't cry either)

I hope that things start to come together and you will get some of that help that was promised to you soon
