I think it is mania.

There is nothing wrong with educating yourself about meds and asking others about their experiences, but...

It's not your job to pick your own meds. You should be seeing a pdoc who is knowledgeable about new and old meds and can offeryou a choice of what they think would be the best fit based on your history and current symptoms.
