I didn't hurt myself. I then sat in a yoga position. I called my neuropgist and she is on vacation til friday. today I am walking. Yesterday Iused a walker..
Robert showed me some exercises. he has arthritis in both knees and feels no pain. He is close to eighty. I am scared stiff. I will see if i can get a home p.t. |

wow bobby,
I did not realize robert was close to 80. Some how I always invisioned him as in his 60's. or younger. Funny how we picture people in our minds one way or the other. I don't have much of an imagination so I like to see movies first before reading a book so I can see the characters in my head. I am sorry that you fell bobby. ((((HUGS)))) bizi

I am walking around in the apartment. I didn't go out today, I guess I will take the walker.I am taking a friend out for her birthday on friday and warned her we might have to take a ride home which I would pay for. The restaurant is only two or three blocks away. I think I am in deep denial about what the future holds for me.

I feel better finally. I can't fight God. for whatever reason this is happening to me and I am trying to look at it as a blessing. I was up most of the night fighting it. I have to get myself to do exercises. My balance us really bad.
I seem to be getting worse. I tried to find information on the net but couldn't about going backwards. I did find some good exercises. I am really worried about the hurricane. I am praying for you |
