this year it is about 183 dollars so i already spent that. I have to fix the rug.
the leg was so weak. next year i don't know what the deductible will be. we are nearing the end of the year so i think the visits i am entitled to start all over again.

$183 isn't too bad. I think we spend that much without even knowing it.

I paid my drug deductible without knowing it, but it was about 1/4 through the year. The meds with deductibles end up being too expensive to take anyway tho. I make my pdoc and mdocs pick other meds.

i don't ache from yesterday after all the exercises. he told me not to do anything until I see him on friday. I was waiting for aches. even my back didn't hurt. i dont like the idea of using a walker. I don't know if it is vanity or else i feel clumsy or not in control.when I get the mail and stuff I don't use anything. the thought of it makes me want to cry.
at least i use fresh direct the online food delivery service.

The exercises are not supposed to hurt. I like him from what I gather here.

Fresh Direct is a godsend. I am glad that you have it.

I thought afterwards I would ache

I agree with Mari...
I like what I hear about Richard and his work so far :)
And the exercises should not cause you pain... that would be a sign that he was overworking you.

I know that you do not like the idea of the walker :hug::hug:
I wouldn't like it one bit either. I don't know that it's really "vanity" Bobby. For me I think that it would be hard to acknowledge that I would have to accept THAT kind of/that MUCH help.
But you are having difficulty with balance and have had some falls, and the walker will help with that. Maybe with more exercises you can graduate from the walker, but I think it's something that you should try to warm up to- at least for now... I know that it has to be hard tho...

We all love you and want you to be safe :hug::hug:

I hope you work on using the walker. Maybe decorate it and make it
not so plain.

Sorry you don't feel comfortable using it.

It's your decision. And you can change your mind whenever you want to.

If you do not like it for now, do not worry about it.:hug::hug:

I think it is a perfectly normal response :hug::hug:
