It's about how we live our lives or something.

I have been having so much trouble sleeping. I wake up at 2:30 or 3. It is not from depression. I usually just have a cup of coffee and lie in bed. I am usually always tired. I don't feel like reading because I am too tired. I have been leaving the air conditioner on to make the room cold. I don't know what that is about.

I always struggled to stay on a regular sleep cycle. I was a night owl. But I would get up because I loved my job, but when I stopped working, I was on a reversed sleep cycle, and sometimes didn't sleep at all (hypo/mania a lot).

After my s/s attempt, and my first stay in the hospital, I had to stay on a regular sleep cycle because of the meds they put me on (or at least they convinced me of that). Even though it was very difficult at first (I was totally ****ed up for a LONG time), I kept it up to please my husband because my sleeping pattern was such a source of conflict in our relationship and it has become habit now.
