It sounds like you got a really thorough evaluation. I'm glad that that PT will be calling the shots, and I hope that all the other PT's are just as good :)

I know you will be a good patient because you wanted to go to PT and you have the drive to get better

I will see the pt assistants. But that is okay, only the ones she is okay with
me seeing. She also uses a tape on my knee. Because its lose I think is
what she says. I have had good luck with tape before. So I will this time
when its used too.

I'm guessing we will not put it back on Friday but then again on Monday but we will see.

I didn't know if the tape would stay on after a shower so I took it off.
I had a migraine today. So I had to cancel one of my parents and
the other one had already had a cancellation. Which was good, last
night they had thought my mom had a stroke. She is having in and
out moments again. They aren't sure what is going on. But ruled out
a stroke.

Just getting older I guess. Its more than I need right now. So just life.
I'll get through it. But it was more than I think my head could handle.
This has been a busy week, and next week is too. Then I'm back to
slow weeks, to be made busy again. Which is fine.

I'm sorry your mom still isn't well, but I'm glad she didn't have a stroke :hug::hug:

I wonder if the PT will recommend a brace vs. taping your knee. It would be much easier. You may want to ask.

I'm sorry that you had to deal with that migraine... they're terrible :hug::hug:

Thanks Bizi.

My husband asked in pm today what I wanted. gosh I have no idea. I want what I shouldn't want. I have lots already but none that really looks right after my surgeries. I'm not sure how to tell it. Other than just looking through it.
I want shirts especially that look good on me with out breast. I just can't seem to find the right ones in my clothes. WHich is fine but its really the pits when I'm trying to get dressed.

And with losing weight I hope to need pants too. So I'm trying not to buy lots of pants.

UGh, I just don't know what I want. it seems ever.

Have you thought about using inserts or pads, not sure what they are called actually. Artificial cups??? you put them in your old bras.

Yes, I've worked with them. But for some reason they don't fit just right.
The bra's themselves aren't exactly right. I'm not sure what is wrong.
I'm still trying to figure it out. Its part of the reason I didn't worry
about reconstruction or anything. Going bra less. Its not something
I ever worried about. I just need the right clothes. I'm honestly
just getting to the point that it matters, only because the fact that
the liquid is definitely not coming back now. So I'm working on
solutions.

I may have to try going in some where and seeing if they can fit me.
Its something about the size and the fact the straps are not ever big
enough with the fibromyalgia. If that makes sense.

Its always been a problem.

Donna,

Eventually you will find what works for you.:grouphug:

There might be a shop near you that specializes in these
kinds of items.
